Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne is a 5-reel, 3-row, 20-payline slot starring the rock star Ozzy Osbourne, known as the Prince of Darkness. It was released on November 21, 2019, and you can spin the reels right away in the free demo with no sign-up.

What is the key feature of the Ozzy Osbourne slot?

The key is Symbol Charge Up. It triggers on respins and right before every free spin: first the Symbol Spinner picks a symbol, then the Feature Spinner picks the feature attached to it. The feature is one of Coin Win, Wild, Multiplier or Upgrade. As a NetEnt slot built around a rock star’s name, it keeps the tension alive on every spin.

How are respins and free spins triggered?

In the base game, if scatters land on two of reels 1, 3 and 5, you get 1 respin. If scatters land on all of reels 1, 3 and 5, or a scatter appears on the Feature Spinner during a respin, free spins begin. You get 4 spins on the base bet and 5 on the bonus bet. In effect, the respin becomes a second route into free spins.

What changes when I turn on the bonus bet?

Turning on the bonus bet means playing at 40 coins per level, and in return the chance of features and the number of free spins go up. In particular, the free spins multipliers rise from the base x2 and x3 to x5 and x7. A bigger stake also means a wider range of results, so it is a handy option to toggle on and off in the demo and compare. In the demo you can test it with no pressure.

What is the Ozzy Osbourne slot like?

The slot puts Ozzy Osbourne, known as the Prince of Darkness, front and center, so rock fans will like it from the name alone. The structure is a familiar 5 reels, 3 rows and 20 paylines, with Symbol Charge Up, respins and free spins layered on top, so the rules are easy. Even a single respin can come with a feature, which keeps the tension up in short moments.

What should I check first in the demo?

RTP is 96.67%, volatility is high, and the max win is 6,000x your bet. The hit frequency is 26%. With volatility this high, use the demo to see how often free spins arrive and how much the multiplier difference with the bonus bet affects results. The bet range is 0.2 to 50 euros. Bonus buy is not available.
