Fortune Rangers

Fortune Rangers is a 5-reel, 76-payline slot that takes you to the lair of a dragon sleeping on gold. It was released on October 14, 2019, and you can go wake the dragon in the free demo with no sign-up.

How many paylines does Fortune Rangers have?

This is a fast-paced slot with 76 paylines on a 5-reel, 5-row grid. With so many lines, you often see several lines hit on a single spin. It’s a NetEnt slot about an adventure to wake a dragon sleeping on gold, filled with a good-luck atmosphere. The two key features are Lucky Wild Reels and Linked Reels.

When do Lucky Wild Reels appear?

This is a feature that appears at random in the base game. Overlay reels filled only with wilds cover 1 to 5 reels and substitute for every symbol except the free spins symbol. When wild reels appear, an animation of the sleeping dragon waking up plays, and the more reels are covered, the more of the 76 paylines hit. If all five reels are covered, every line connects through wilds.

How many free spins do I get?

It starts in the base game when 3 or more free spins symbols land anywhere. 3 symbols give 8 spins, 4 give 12, and 5 give 16. Each extra symbol adds 4 spins, so you’ll notice the round length varies quite a bit depending on how many symbols you entered with in the demo. In free spins, Linked Reels are added too, creating a different flow from the base game.

How do Linked Reels work?

Linked Reels appear only in free spins. At the start of each spin, adjacent reels among reels 1 to 4 are linked so they match, with the right reel copying the left reel exactly. Reels 1 and 2, or reels 3 and 4, can be linked, and both pairs can be linked at the same time. When a high-paying symbol is copied, a win can jump up quickly. It’s fun to watch the linking patterns in the demo.

Which numbers should I check first in the demo?

RTP is 96.90%, volatility is medium, and the max win is 700x your bet. Hit frequency is 19%, which is on the low side. There are many lines, but gaps between wins can be longer than you’d expect, so check in the demo how many spins it takes on average for Lucky Wild Reels to appear. Bonus buy is not available. The bet range is €0.2 to €200.
