Raging Rex 2
Raging Rex 2 Free Slot Demo review
Raging Rex 2 is the second entry in the dinosaur slot series, where the giant footprints of Raging Rex are now joined by the small footsteps of its hatchlings. It was released on March 17, 2022, and you can play the free demo right away with no sign-up.
How is Raging Rex 2 different from the original?
A sequel to the successful Raging Rex, this time with a bigger Rex family. The ground shakes under its giant steps while the hatchlings’ footsteps follow close behind, and everyone is hungry. It is a dinosaur series entry from Play’n GO slots, combining a wide 4,096-ways structure with a big max win of 30,000x.
How do 4,096 ways win?
There are no fixed paylines. A win forms when matching symbols land on adjacent reels starting from the leftmost reel. With 4,096 paths open, symbols only need to connect anywhere on the screen. The more symbols connect, the bigger the reward, so anticipation builds each time a reel stops. With so many paths, long symbol chains look great.
How many free spins types can I choose from?
In the free spins you can choose one of three features yourself and shape the game. The options are Primal Fury, Hatchling Mania, and Jurassic Mayhem. Even with the same entry, the character of the round changes a lot depending on which feature you pick, so we recommend trying all three. The names alone suggest different styles, which makes choosing fun.
What is the mood of Hatchling Mania?
As the name suggests, this free spins feature stars Rex’s hatchlings. It best showcases the Rex family that grew in this installment, so it is worth picking at least once if you enjoy the theme. The details are easier to follow if you also check the in-game guide in the demo. It is the option that best conveys the story of the expanded Rex family.
What should I look at first in the demo?
RTP is 94.2% and the max win is 30,000x. There is no official volatility figure, so try the demo to get a feel for it. In the free spins you can alternate between Primal Fury, Hatchling Mania, and Jurassic Mayhem and record the results, and comparing with the follow-up Raging Rex 3 shows how the series has changed. Bonus buy is not available.
