Fire Joker Freeze
Fire Joker Freeze Free Slot Demo review
Fire Joker Freeze is a classic fruit slot that is both hot and cold, where the Fire Joker and Ice Joker, the signature characters of the Joker family, go head to head. It was released on April 22, 2021, and you can play the free demo right away with no sign-up.
What kind of game is Fire Joker Freeze?
It is a classic setup where matching 3 fruit symbols gives you a basic win. The Fire Joker and Ice Joker, the most iconic characters in the Joker family, face off, and the concept is that it is up to the player whether to heat up or cool down the reels. Both jokers turn wild to complete winning lines, so it is a welcome pairing for fans of the Joker series from Play’n GO slots.
When does the Ice Respin trigger?
When the Ice Joker lands on a spin with no win, the Ice Respin triggers. The Ice Joker locks in place and then grows into a stack that covers the entire reel. A spin that would have ended with nothing turns into a respin holding a wild reel, so this is the scene you will wait for most in the base game. A losing spin becomes something to look forward to.
What are the conditions for the Fire Respin?
When two stacks of the same symbol land on the reels, the Fire Respin triggers. The stacked reels lock in place while the remaining reels spin again, giving you a chance to fill a third reel with the same symbol. If the Ice Respin is a device that rescues a dead spin, the Fire Respin is one that grows an already good board even bigger. The difference in character between the two respins is what makes this game fun.
How does the Wheel of Fire and Ice open?
When every position on the reels is filled with the same symbol, the Wheel of Fire and Ice triggers. Fire and Ice Joker wilds count toward this condition too. The wheel shows multipliers and comes with four effects, so the reward for matching the entire screen with one symbol gets even bigger. It is a Fire and Ice take on the familiar wheel bonus from the Joker series.
What should I check first in the demo?
The is 94.2%, and the max win is 1,000x your bet. There is no official volatility figure, so get a feel for it yourself in the demo. It helps to watch how often the Ice Respin and Fire Respin each trigger, and whether the screen ever fills with the same symbol after the two respins and leads to the wheel. Be sure to check out the wheel’s four effects too.
Pros
- The Ice Respin that rescues losing spins
- The Fire Respin that grows stacks
- A multiplier wheel that opens when you match the screen
Cons
- The max of 1,000x is a low ceiling
