Xmas Joker

Xmas Joker is the year-end edition joining Play’n GO’s Joker series, a slot where the Joker stocks up on gifts along a shopping street decorated with holly and bells. It was released on November 18, 2015, and you can try it right away in a free demo with no sign-up.

What kind of game is Xmas Joker?

Line up 3 seasonal symbols like gingerbread friends, candy canes, bells, and stars on one of the 5 lines to win. The star is a cheerful Joker whose goal is to bring in as many gifts as possible rather than one perfect gift. Among the Play’n GO slots in the Joker series, it carries the strongest holiday mood. It’s a nice way to enjoy the holiday atmosphere in a light way.

The Joker is a scatter?

Yes, in this game the host, the Joker himself, is the scatter symbol. When the Joker appears, he brings 10 free spins like a gift. Unlike other Joker series games, the Joker acts as the key to free spins, which sets it apart. Base game wins come from the simple method of lining up 3 seasonal symbols on a line, so in the end when the Joker shows up shapes the flow of the game.

How do I get the Christmas gift multipliers?

If 2 Christmas gift symbols land on the reels during free spins, the special gift feature opens. Each gift holds a win multiplier from x1 to x100. The gifts are unwrapped one by one, so you keep waiting for gift symbols throughout the free spins. The multiplier range is wide, from x1 to x100, so even the same gift can give very different results.

What changes when 3 gifts land?

If 3 gift symbols land during free spins, a bigger gift opens. On top of the x1-100 special gift multiplier, you get 10 extra free spins. Getting a multiplier and extra spins at the same moment makes this the highlight of the free spins. A single 3-gift hit effectively doubles your free spins, so the whole flow of the round changes at once.

What should I check first in the demo?

RTP is 93.99% and the max win is 6,020x your total bet. Bonus buy isn’t available. There’s no official volatility figure, so use the demo to get a feel for how large gift multipliers usually are in free spins and how often 3 gifts add 10 extra spins. It’s also fun to compare it with other titles in the Joker series.
