Rainbow Reels
Rainbow Reels Free Slot Demo Review
Rainbow Reels is an Irish-themed 40-line Pragmatic Play slot featuring leprechauns and lucky horseshoes. It has a 7-layer structure where hidden layers are revealed one by one as winning symbols disappear, so it feels quite fresh the first time you see it in the free slot.

Treasure hunt at the end of the rainbow
The theme captures St. Patrick’s Day and Celtic vibes. Against the backdrop of the Irish tale of treasure at the end of the rainbow, it makes heavy use of green and gold. The theme is bright and cheerful, so it’s easy to play casually.
Symbols and the 7 layers
Symbols like lucky horseshoes, leprechauns, and pipes win when they match on the 40 lines of the 5×4 reels. Winning symbols are removed from the grid, and the first layer underneath is revealed. There are seven layers in total, so one win can lead into the next.
Wild on the last layer
In the bonus, a wild appears once you dig down to the seventh layer. This wild stays in play for up to 13 winning combinations before it disappears. If several spots reach the last layer at the same time, the entire grid can turn wild.
Free Spins
With 3 or more scatters, the bonus round starts, and it comes in about once every 258 spins. The core of the bonus is digging through the layers to the end to awaken the wild. You can also buy it directly for 100x your bet.
Best for
It suits players who like a structure that gets deeper one step at a time. Base wins come about once every 4.06 spins on average, and the max win is 5,000x. There is no ante bet, so the options are fairly simple.
Pros
- A layer is revealed with each win, so chain wins keep going
- The wild on the last layer can be used up to 13 times
- There are moments when the whole grid turns wild
Cons
- Max win is mid-range at 5,000x
- Wins of 1,000x or more come about once every 189,000 spins, which is rare
