Katmandu X
Katmandu X Free Slot Demo review
Katmandu X is a luck-themed slot where you must lure the guardian creatures to touch the last golden tree left in the cloud temple, a tree with a gold trunk and coin leaves. With the free demo, you can see right away how the accumulating multiplier grows, with no sign-up.
How is Katmandu X structured?
A slot on a 6-reel, 6-row grid where symbols drop and win through clusters. It features accumulating multipliers, big symbols, multiplier wilds, exploding wilds, a bonus and a super bonus, with a max win of 25,000x. With an listed at 95.00%, this ELK Studios slot is a good one to compare with other games in the same lineup.
How does the accumulating multiplier rise?
Every time you win, the overall multiplier rises, and that multiplier applies to all later wins. Exploding wilds remove surrounding symbols while raising the accumulating multiplier and creating a re-drop. In the bonus, this accumulating multiplier is kept to the end, so wins get bigger the further you go. The more often exploding wilds go off in a round, the faster the multiplier climbs.
What are the wild rules in Katmandu X?
Each winning cluster creates one wild. A wild touching multiple clusters is split among each cluster, and if one cluster has several wilds, they merge into a single multiplier wild. A Wild Strike can turn symbols into wilds or exploding wilds on any drop. Because wilds split and merge under these rules, the same wild can play a different role depending on the situation.
What is different about the Super Bonus?
Three bonus symbols start the bonus, and extra free drops can also trigger. One super bonus symbol plus two bonus symbols opens the Super Bonus, where a Super Wild Strike is guaranteed on every free drop. A Super Wild Strike only converts symbols into exploding wilds or multiplier wilds. The multiplier is kept throughout the bonus, so the later stages are strong.
