Firefly Frenzy

Firefly Frenzy is a charming fantasy slot where fireflies drift through a moonlit forest. It was released on July 24, 2019, and with the free demo you can wander the glowing forest right away, no sign-up needed.

How do you win in Firefly Frenzy?

Matching 3, 4 or 5 of the same symbol on 30 paylines gives a base win. In an enchanted forest, firefly wilds drift in slowly and settle on the reels, substituting for every symbol except the scatter to build more combinations. It’s a richly colored, charming fantasy theme from a Play’n GO slot. The moonlit forest backdrop and soft colors create a relaxing mood.

Are firefly wilds different by color?

Yes. Besides the softly glowing green base firefly wild, there are an orange x2 multiplier firefly and a pink x3 multiplier firefly. When two or more multiplier wilds are on the same winning line, their multipliers multiply each other. An x2 and an x3 together make x6, so the impact is quite big. Spins where multiplier wilds mix in a row even change the look of the screen.

How do Frenzy Spins open?

The scatter in Firefly Frenzy is a glowing moon symbol. During a spin, when a firefly wild is drawn by the moonlight and lands on the moon, the Frenzy Spins feature starts. Instead of counting scatters like other games, you wait for the moment a wild meets the moon, which is a distinctive approach. If you remember where the moon sits, the moment a firefly flies in feels even more exciting.

Does it matter which firefly lands on the moon?

Yes, it matters. According to the official description, when an x3 multiplier firefly opens Frenzy Spins, a special effect applies to all wilds in that round. That’s why the moment a pink firefly drifts toward the moon is the most exciting. Check the differences by color yourself in the demo, and compare how the feature changes for each firefly color.

What should I check first in the demo?

The RTP is 94.52% and the max win is 10,000x your bet. Bonus buy is not available, so Frenzy Spins only open when a wild meets the moon. There is no official volatility figure, so use the demo to get a feel for how often multiplier fireflies land on the same line and how far apart feature entries are. Waiting for a pink firefly to land on the moon is part of the fun in the demo.
