Bombuster

Bombuster is a cluster slot where bombs that land on a 7×7 grid explode after a countdown and set off chain reactions. It was released on July 2, 2020. With the free demo and no sign-up, you can see right away how the explosion patterns spread.

How do you win in Bombuster?

On the 7-reel, 7-row grid, this is a cluster-style game where you win when matching symbols touch and form a group. The key feature is the bomb symbols, which come in and reshape the grid. Since this is a Red Tiger slot with no paylines, getting into the habit of scanning the whole grid at a glance helps. Bombs come in three colors, yellow, green, and red, and each has a different effect.

When do bombs explode?

Bombs can land on both regular spins and respins. The moment one lands, its blast pattern is shown, and it stays fixed for a random number of spins set by its color before exploding. Explosions extend to the edge of the grid and also set off any other bombs in their path, creating chains. That is why a single explosion can grow into a big chain when several bombs are on the grid at once.

How do the Wild bomb and Swap bomb differ?

The yellow Wild bomb leaves wilds on the marked cells in its blast path, and the wilds always stay visible even when other explosions overlap them. The green Swap bomb turns the marked cells into one regular symbol. If several Swap bombs go off at the same time, they all produce the same symbol. Both bombs work to make the grid look uniform, which helps grow clusters.

What does the Destroy bomb do?

The red Destroy bomb clears symbols from the marked cells in its blast path. However, it cannot clear symbols created by Swap bombs or Wild bombs. So when all three bombs go off together, the wilds and unified symbols stay while everything else is cleared, tidying up the grid. The cleared cells open up room for new symbols, so you look forward to what comes next.

What should I look at first in the demo?

RTP is 95.74%, max win is 2,020x, and hit frequency is 22.47%. The official volatility index is 10.54. In the demo, watch how long each bomb color stays fixed, and see how often chains with several bombs going off at once occur. The bet range is €0.1 – €50, and bonus buy is not available.
