Shah Mat

Shah Mat is a cluster slot that turns the chessboard into a battlefield where power and strategy collide. Its signature feature is wilds that merge to grow multipliers, and it was released on September 16, 2021. You can play right away in the free demo with no sign-up.

What kind of game is Shah Mat?

This is a cluster Red Tiger slot on a chessboard-like 8×8 grid, where 5 or more matching symbols touching horizontally or vertically make a win. When a winning cluster disappears, new symbols drop in, so further wins can follow within the same spin. Bets range from €0.1 – €50 and bonus buy is not available. The chess-piece-like symbols and golden visuals give it a refined look.

How do wilds merge?

Wilds stay on the reels even after they create a winning cluster. When two or more wilds drop next to each other, they merge into one, and the merged wild’s multiplier is the sum of the original wild multipliers. Merged wilds can grow up to 20x, and the multiplier applies to the cluster the wild helped complete. Your chance comes when a leftover wild lands next to another wild on the next spin.

What sizes do super symbols come in?

Every high-paying symbol has a super symbol version in 2×2, 3×3 and 4×4 sizes. Several super symbols can drop together in a single spin, and each can be any high-paying symbol. When a big super symbol takes the middle of the chessboard, clusters can stretch widely around it. Among the small regular symbols, a big super symbol makes its presence felt right away.

How do wilds change in free spins?

Landing 3 free spins symbols starts 12 spins, and each extra symbol adds +3 spins, up to 21 at a time. In free spins, merged wilds raise a global multiplier instead of giving a multiplier to a specific cluster, and this multiplier can grow up to 20x and applies to all wins. Each free spins symbol during the round adds +1 spin.

What should I check first in the demo?

RTP is 95.79%, max win is 4,323x, and hit frequency is 18.82%. The official volatility index is 21.92. In the demo, watch how often wilds stay on the reels and merge in the base game, and how high the global multiplier climbs in free spins. It’s also worth comparing how often several super symbols drop together. Bonus buy is not available.
