Totem Lightning Power Reels

Totem Lightning Power Reels is an 8-reel, 6-row Power Reels slot where lightning splits the grid alongside the totems. In a cinematic presentation, the lightning blasts away low-paying symbols. It was released on August 16, 2018, and with the free demo you can call down the lightning right away with no sign-up.

How is Totem Lightning Power Reels structured?

It’s a Power Reels game with 30 lines on a wide 8-reel, 6-row grid. According to the official description you can aim for wins of over 7,777x, and the listed max win is 7,918x. The key idea is to clear low-paying symbols off the grid so it’s left with mostly high-paying ones. Among the Power Reels style Red Tiger slots, it stands out for its grid-clearing feature.

How does the Symbol Strike Bar work?

When a low-paying symbol makes a win, it’s removed from the grid and new symbols drop into the empty spots. The Symbol Strike Bar above the grid shows this process. As low-paying symbols drop out one by one, more room opens up for high-paying symbols, so results improve the longer the chain goes. The grid clearing continues for as long as wins keep coming.

What does Lightning Strike do?

On any spin, lightning can strike the Symbol Strike Bar and blast low-paying symbols off the grid. It can also strike a symbol directly to duplicate it. New symbols then drop into the empty spots, and free respins play out on the newly cleaned-up high-value reels. The effect differs depending on whether the lightning hits the bar or a symbol.

Is there a separate free spins bonus?

The official feature overview lists only two features: the Symbol Strike Bar and Lightning Strike. Instead of free spins, the game uses free respins triggered by lightning to clean up the grid and aim for big wins. What defines this game is that the outcome can change a lot on any single base spin. With only two rules, you can pick up the flow quickly.

What should I check first in the demo?

RTP is 96.03%, max win is 7,918x and hit frequency is 20.17%. The official volatility index is 15.57. In the demo, compare how often Lightning Strike appears and how respin results change on a grid with all the low-paying symbols removed. The bet range is €0.1 – €50 and bonus buy is not available.
