Tropicool 5

Tropicool 5 is a party slot where you meet the legendary crocodile Kyle on the coldest beach in the world, where sunglasses are a must and a puffy jacket is recommended. The concept is like an invitation sent by Elmo, the toucan, and the flamingo, and you can jump into the party right away with the free demo.

What kind of game is Tropicool 5?

Wins are paid across 15,625 ways on a 6-reel, 5-row screen, packed with cool reels, wilds, multipliers, mystery symbols, and a bonus game. The official max win is 25,000x. As the fifth entry in the series, the cheerful characters of ELK Studios slots carry over, and this time Kyle the crocodile joins the party.

What does Kyle the mystery crocodile do?

Kyle is a 6×2 special symbol that slides into the cool reel and drops mystery symbols into any empty cells on the grid. When mystery symbols cover many cells, they change into the same symbol, which can open up a huge number of ways. The quirky cold-beach concept blends well into the visuals throughout the screen, and even the characters’ movements are fun to watch. Keep an eye on how the cool reel moves, too.

How do the wild egg and wild bird connect?

The wild egg is a sticky wild, and when space opens up on its reel, it turns into a wild bird. The wild birds are the toucan and the flamingo, and they come in sizes from 1×2 to 1×5. Elmo gathers pearls from clams and drops them at random, which empties the upper rows and brings the whole cool reel down. The more empty cells Kyle fills, the better.

What increases in the bonus game?

The bonus game starts when 3 or more bonus symbols land on the main grid. During the bonus, extra drops and multiplier symbols are added to the cool reel. With X-iter, you can choose from 5 modes, from a 3x bet with a bonus chance over 4 times higher up to a 500x bet Super Bonus. The longer the birds grow, up to 1×5, the better.

What should I check first in the demo?

The RTP is 94.00% and the max win is 25,000x. The official volatility rating and bet range weren’t provided in the source material, so check the in-game info screen. In the demo, watch how many cells tall the wild bird grows from a wild egg, and how Elmo drops a pearl so the whole cool reel shifts down. What gets added to the cool reel shapes the flow of the bonus.
