What is Cat Wilde and the Lost Chapter about?

As far as Cat Wilde can remember, the Book of Dead has always belonged to the Wilde family. But while flipping through the pages, she finds that not just a few pages but an entire chapter is gone, and she sets off on an adventure to find it. It’s a flagship series title among Play’n GO slots that carries on the Book of Dead universe, so you can start in a familiar atmosphere.

How are Pyramid Spins different from regular free spins?

Pyramid Spins is this game’s free spins feature. The biggest difference is that the expanding symbol isn’t fixed; a new random symbol is assigned on every spin. Since a different symbol takes the lead each spin, the picture you can aim for keeps changing even within the same free spins round. So even within a single free spins session, the anticipation of waiting for a spin with a high-paying symbol never lets up.

When does the expanding symbol open up?

If 2 or more scatter symbols land during a Pyramid Spin, that spin’s expanding symbol is activated. In other words, having the symbol set isn’t enough for an expansion; the scatter condition has to be met too before the screen changes in a big way. This condition adds tension to every single spin. It’s easiest to read the screen in this order: first check which symbol was assigned, then see how many scatters land.

What’s the scene to aim for in this game?

The official description names filling the whole screen with Cat Wilde as the ultimate goal. Since the assigned symbol changes on every spin, the most anticipated moment is a spin where the Cat Wilde symbol is assigned and the expansion condition is met too. The appeal of this game is that each spin opens up different possibilities. You aren’t waiting on the same symbol over and over, so you can treat every spin like a fresh chance.

What should I check first in the demo?

The RTP is 96.2%, which is on the high side for games from this period, and the max win is 10,000x your bet. There is no official volatility figure, so get a feel for it in the demo. Once you enter Pyramid Spins, try keeping a record of which symbol is assigned on each spin and how often the 2-scatter condition is met, and the pattern will show. Also watch how wins build up when spins that meet the expansion condition come in a row.
