Wild Falls

Wild Falls is a Wild West slot set in 1896, just as the Klondike Gold Rush begins, as prospectors head up the Yukon River in search of gold. It was released on January 24, 2019, and the free demo lets you claim a spot on the riverbank right away with no sign-up.

How do the wilds drop in Wild Falls?

The signature touch is the wild crate slowly floating down the river and then dropping onto the reels. Watching where the crate will land adds a different kind of anticipation to play. It is a Play’n GO slot that turns the gold rush era setting into a moving wild. The background graphics, with the river and forest blending together, also look carefully made.

How many features do the crates open?

The wild crate also works as a scatter, so it can open four features: Rapid Respin, Gold Rush, River of Gold, and Super River of Gold. Which feature opens depends on how many crates land, so the number of visible crates matters. Just counting the crates on the river lets you predict the next feature. Super River of Gold looks like the most powerful tier.

How does Rapid Respin work?

It triggers when there are 1 or 2 crates on the reels. Any wins are paid first, then the wilds lock in place and the remaining positions spin again. New wins are paid too, and then the wilds drop off the reels to end the respin. If a new wild lands during the respin, both wilds lock and the respin continues one more time. When wilds keep coming in a row, the respin can run quite long.

Who is Wild Falls a good fit for?

It suits players who like the unique look of wilds drifting down the river and the Wild West atmosphere. With a 20-payline structure the rules are easy, and the four features split by crate count add variety. You can feel the gold fever of the 1896 Yukon River across the whole screen. Whichever of the four features opens, the wild crate is at the center.

What should I check first in the demo?

RTP is 94.5% and the max win is 10,000x your bet. Bonus buy is not available, so you have to open the four features through the crates yourself. There is no official volatility figure, so in the demo, track which feature opens when a given number of crates drop to get a feel for the flow. It is also fun to watch where the crates float in from.
