Horror Hotel

Horror Hotel is a horror-themed cluster slot where you check into an old lodge seen far beyond a quiet graveyard. It was released on January 25, 2023, and you can spend a night there with the free demo, no sign-up needed.

How do you win in Horror Hotel?

It is a 6-reel cluster game, so matching symbols that group together win. The setup is that hotel guests form groups, and the creepier the symbols that gather, the bigger the reward. If you are used to line games, this is a good way to try the cluster titles among Relax Gaming slots.

How does the Mystery feature work?

When the Mystery feature triggers, all winning symbols turn into mystery symbols and you get 1 respin. If the mystery symbols reveal as the same symbol on the respin, a bigger cluster can form. Because mystery symbols are laid down right where the win happened, one win can set up the next. This chain reaction is the core fun of the base game.

How do wilds grow in free spins?

With 3 or more bonus symbols, you check in to free spins. During free spins, each bonus symbol adds wilds: 1 for the first, then 1 more each time after. The more bonus symbols you collect, the faster the wilds multiply. As the grisly line about rules written in blood suggests, the closer you follow the bonus, the more fun it gets.

What about hit frequency and bonus buy?

The hit frequency is on the low side at 16.10%. Bonus buy is available, so you can open free spins directly in the demo. The bet range is €0.10 – €50. On the other hand, once a win lands, it can lead into a Mystery respin. Use the demo to check the gaps between empty spins and how respins connect. Also pay attention to how clusters grow.

What should I check first in the demo?

RTP is 96.17%, volatility is very high, and the max win is 20,000x. With a 16.10% hit frequency, empty spins can stretch on, so get a feel for the rhythm in the demo first. It is fun to watch how many wilds build up during free spins. Don’t miss the bat bellboy who delivers wins straight to your room.
