What story does Wilhelm Tell tell?

You become the legendary marksman Wilhelm Tell and rescue your son and homeland from a tyrant. The official intro for this Yggdrasil slot also stresses the hero’s tale, talking about saving the day and chasing a legendary win. With a clear goal of rescue, it’s easy to get absorbed in the theme. There’s also a familiar feel in meeting the figure famous for shooting an apple as a slot.

Is an RTP of 97.00% high?

Yes, this game’s RTP is listed as 97.00%. That stands out among Yggdrasil slots, where the 96% range is common. Just remember that RTP is a theoretical value based on a very long stretch of play, so results can differ greatly in short sessions. Still, if RTP matters to you, this game is worth looking at first.

How is the game structured?

It’s a line-based game with 20 paylines. Wins occur when matching symbols connect along set lines, so the rules are intuitive. The theme is grand, but the basic structure is simple, so even players who haven’t played many slots can adapt easily. With a moderate 20 lines, you can instantly see which line produced a win.

How is the tyrant-fighting setup woven into the game?

The official description introduces the game around its goal of freeing your son and country from the tyrant’s grip. Specific bonus details are not given in the description. That makes it fun to explore in the demo how the story is reflected in the visuals and symbols. With so little information available, there’s also a certain fun in discovering things by playing it yourself.

What should I check first in the demo?

First, remember the strength of the 97.00% RTP. Volatility is high, so the gaps between wins can be long; it’s a good idea to spin the demo plenty to get used to the flow. The max win is 7,500x your bet, so check the high-paying symbols in the paytable ahead of time. This game pairs a high RTP with high volatility, so it’s important to consider both together.
