What is the mission in Agent of Hearts?

The key that opens Wonderland’s riches lies deep within the Queen’s heart, but the three keys that unlock that heart have been stolen. The Queen appoints you Agent of Hearts to get them back, with a joking warning not to lose your head. It’s a Play’n GO slot grid slot that reimagines Wonderland as a spy thriller. The mix of fairy tale and espionage makes for a unique setup.

What are the cluster win rules?

Symbols drop onto the grid, and 5 or more of the same symbol form a cluster win. Only the highest win in a cluster is paid, and after winning symbols disappear, new symbols drop in to fill the gaps. Even the same symbol is paid separately when the clusters are apart from each other. Remembering that several clusters can pay at once in a single spin makes the screen easier to read.

When do Heart Wilds come in?

On spins with no win, there’s a chance for 4 to 7 random Heart Wilds to be added to the grid. Heart Wilds can substitute for every symbol except the key. They turn dead spins into clusters, so it’s a moment you’ll often find yourself waiting for in the base game. Just remember that they can’t substitute for the key symbol, so keys have to land on their own. It’s a rule that ties in with the story of recovering the keys.

How do you open an Agent feature?

Agent symbols are collected when they’re part of a winning combination, and collecting 6 opens the matching Agent feature. The White Rabbit can also appear at random and open an Agent feature instantly. Agent features trigger after all winning combinations and cascades are finished. With both collection and random triggers, you get a fairly wide range of chances to see a feature.

What should I check first in the demo?

RTP is 94.28% and the max win is 5,262x your bet. There’s no official volatility figure, so get a feel for it in the demo. First watch how quickly 6 Agent symbols gather, and how often the White Rabbit appears to open a feature right away. It’s also worth noting how many Heart Wilds land on dead spins.
