ELK’s Propaganda 2 lands four years on, max win jumps from 10,000x to 25,000x
ELK Studios released the sequel to its 2022 hit Propaganda on October 22. It keeps the 6×6 cluster grid and global multiplier, adds Heart, Mask and Love Bomb features plus a Drop Bonus, and lifts the max win to 25,000x.

Key points
- ELK Studios launched Propaganda 2 on October 22. The original came out on October 25, 2022.
- The max win rose 2.5 times, from 10,000x to 25,000x.
- Clusters, the global multiplier and wild generation remain, with Heart, Mask, Love Bomb and the Drop Bonus added.
- Default RTP 96%, volatility 8 out of 10, hit rate 23.2%.
A walled-in city. People in red jumpsuits and white masks. ELK Studios‘s Propaganda arrived in autumn 2022 with this dystopian scene. Four years later, the sequel brings back the same characters but flips the mood. Vines and flowers climb the walls instead of a grey checkpoint, and the bunny-eared character above the logo cheers with a smoke flare in each hand. The story is about spreading a message of love against control.

The two games by the numbers
The biggest change is the ceiling. The original’s max win was 10,000x the bet; the sequel’s is 25,000x. RTP also rose one point, from 95% to 96%. The grid size and win type are unchanged.

What stayed the same
Both games use Cluster Pays , where 5 or more touching symbols win. Winning symbols vanish and new ones drop from above, and a wild appears in place of each winning cluster. When wilds join the same cluster, their multipliers add up.
The core global multiplier is also the same. Each winning symbol adds 1 to the multiplier, which applies to every win in that round. It resets each spin in the base game but not during Bonus Drops. The longer the chain, the bigger the later wins, a rhythm fans of the original will know well.
Three new features
What is new in the sequel are the feature symbols that drop onto the grid. They activate when they sit next to a winning cluster.
- Wild Strike: carried over from the original. It scatters 2 to 5 wilds on the grid and becomes a wild itself.
- Heart: turns one or more pay symbol types into a single symbol. Fewer symbol types make big clusters easier to form.
- Mask: collected between rounds; six of them start the Drop Bonus.

On top of these sits the Love Bomb. Some feature symbols carry energy, and when the energy fills the meter the Love Bomb goes off, activating every feature symbol on the grid for that round. That means a Heart merging symbols and a Wild Strike scattering wilds can land at the same moment.
Three ways into the bonus
Three scatters start 7 Bonus Drops. The global multiplier carries over, and an Add Bonus Drop symbol adds one more. If a Super Bonus symbol is among the scatters, the round upgrades to the Super Bonus, where the Love Bomb stays active throughout.
The Drop Bonus, opened by six Masks, works differently. It starts with 3 respins that reset to 3 whenever a symbol lands. Upgrade symbols raise pay symbols to a higher tier, and Collect symbols gather the surrounding area into one cluster. At the end there is a chance to get 1 to 3 Masks back.
ELK’s 2026 run of sequels
ELK has released sequels steadily this year: Ryze 2 in March, Oxygen 3 in April, Wild Toro 3 in May, Pirots 5 in June and Heist Guys 2 in July. Oxygen 3 and Wild Toro 3 also cap at 25,000x, and Propaganda 2 joins them by raising the original ceiling 2.5 times.
Volatility is 8 out of 10 on ELK’s scale, and the hit rate is 23.2%. ELK’s bonus buy system X-iter is included, with options from Bonus Hunt (2.5x) up to a Super Bonus buy. X-iter is not available in every region.
Try both games in demo first
The two games run at very different speeds on the same grid. The original builds chains with wilds and the global multiplier alone, while the sequel lets feature symbols cut in mid-chain and reshape the grid. Both can be played on AI Slot with no sign-up. Propaganda free demo shows the original flow, and the Propaganda 2 free demo shows right away what has changed.
