Pragmatic Play has unveiled its plans for the last three months of 2026. It came on September 24, a few days before SBC Summit in Lisbon, Portugal. The announcement was split into three branches, slots, live casino and arcade, and slots took up the most space. And that slot list is packed with the names of the company’s flagship series.
September: Zeus takes the lead

First on the roadmap is “Gates of Olympus 2500,” released on September 28. Pragmatic Play named this game the “most anticipated title” of the Lisbon event. Multiplier symbols climb up to 2,500x, free spins are split into several modes, and the max win is 25,000x. The details of its features are covered separately in the Gates of Olympus 2500 article.
November: Sugar Rush gets bigger

November brings “Sugar MegaRush.” It’s a new version of the candy cluster series that follows Sugar Rush and Sugar Rush 1000. Going by the material in the media pack, the grid has grown, just as the name suggests. It’s a 7-reel layout where the number of symbols per reel changes between 4 and 9 on every spin, and it uses cluster pays, where 5 or more matching symbols touching together win.
Where winning symbols pop, a marker is left behind, and when another win lands on the same spot, a multiplier starting at 2x and doubling each time is applied. The cap is 2,048x. 3 to 7 scatters trigger 10 to 30 free spins, and during this feature the markers and multipliers persist until the bonus ends. If a Treble scatter appears, multipliers triple each time, reaching up to 2,187x. The max win is announced as 50,000x.
By the numbers, it’s the most aggressive of the Q4 slots. Per the media pack, free spins hit on average once every 382 spins, and the max win is listed at about once in 70.92 million spins. Volatility is classified as medium, but given the 50,000x cap and the 2,048x multiplier, this game should swing far more wildly than the original Sugar Rush.
The Sugar Rush lineage is not short either. The original launched in June 2022 with a max of 5,000x, and in March 2024 Sugar Rush 1000 expanded the board with 25,000x. In January this year, Sugar Rush Super Scatter hit 50,000x. MegaRush keeps that 50,000x while changing the shape of the board itself.
The board has 7 reels with 4 to 9 symbols laid out unevenly on each reel. Considering the original was a fixed 7×7 grid, it’s easy to see what “Mega” in the name means. Bets are announced as 0.2 to 240, Super Spins in three options of 20x, 100x and 200x, and bonus buy at 100x, 500x and 2,000x.
Year-end: Sweet Bonanza’s Christmas

At year-end, “Sweet Bonanza Xmas 2500” takes the candy series to a winter wonderland. It’s the Christmas edition of the recent Sweet Bonanza 2500. On a 6×5 screen, 8 or more matching symbols win, 4 lollipop scatters trigger 10 free spins, and 3 or more scatters during the bonus add 5 more. The ornament-shaped multiplier symbols reach up to 2,500x, and the max win is 25,000x.
Multiplier symbols stay on screen while tumbles continue, then are all added together when the tumbles end and applied to the total win. Per the media pack, free spins trigger on average once every 450 spins, a fairly high threshold, and bonus buy comes in three options: 100x, 500x and 1,000x. Although it’s a seasonal edition, it’s a full-fledged title that carries over the 2500 series’ multiplier structure as is.
Sweet Bonanza is the original of Pragmatic Play’s candy line. The original came out in June 2019, and the first Christmas edition followed that November. Then came 1000 in 2024, Super Scatter in 2025, and 2500 this April. Xmas 2500 is the second Christmas edition in seven years.
| Slots | Release | Max win |
|---|---|---|
| Gates of Olympus 2500 | September 28 | 25,000x |
| Sugar MegaRush | November | 50,000x |
| Sweet Bonanza Xmas 2500 | Holiday season | 25,000x |
The POP collection keeps growing
The POP collection, which started in July, is also expanding. POP is a casual line with simplified rules and a faster tempo. In Q4, Sweet Bonanza POP, Zeus vs Hades POP and Starlight Princess POP will join. Like the earlier Gates of Olympus POP, they’re expected to be compressed versions that keep only the core of the original.
What’s worth noticing is how the lineup is built. There are essentially no brand-new IPs among the Q4 slots. Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush, Sweet Bonanza and Starlight Princess are all already proven names, varied by raising multipliers, dressing them in seasonal themes or shrinking them into POP. It’s a list that clearly shows Pragmatic Play’s strategy of expanding popular series into multiple versions.
Pragmatic Play’s promotions director Sharon McHugh said this roadmap “shows both the strength of our established flagship series and our ambition to broaden the portfolio.” It’s a two-pronged strategy: protect steady revenue with proven names, and widen the base with new formats like POP and arcade.
SBC Summit is an industry event held in Lisbon every fall. Providers time their year-end lineup reveals and operator deals to this stage. Pragmatic Play releasing its roadmap a week before the event is also a calculated move to put Gates of Olympus 2500 front and center on site.
News beyond slots
In live casino, the biggest event is a collaboration with Hollywood actor Kevin Hart. On November 6 and 7, Hart will appear in person in the live studio to host popular tables. Which tables he’ll appear at will be revealed on the day. A new number-guessing game show, “Guess the Number,” and “Mega Wheel Latino” (October), hosted by Spanish-speaking presenters, are also in the works. On the arcade side, Keno+, Pump+ and HiLo+ will broaden the lineup.
What’s unusual about the Kevin Hart event is that it has no fixed table. Which games he’ll appear on over the two days will be revealed day by day. It’s the biggest name among the collaborations Pragmatic Play has done in live casino so far. Guess the Number is, as the name says, a game show built around predicting a number, which the company describes as a game that tests the player’s powers of prediction.
In short
Pragmatic Play’s Q4 2026 lineup centers on “Gates of Olympus 2500” on September 28, “Sugar MegaRush” in November and “Sweet Bonanza Xmas 2500” at year-end. Sweet Bonanza, Zeus vs Hades and Starlight Princess join the POP collection, and live casino has a Kevin Hart collaboration planned for November 6-7. Released games can be tried as free demos in the Pragmatic Play free slot collection.
