Overview
Shady Lady is an independent slot studio founded in 2024. It released its first game, Devil’s Finger, in March 2025, and has put out roughly one new game every month since. The studio is known for deliberately choosing uncomfortable, offbeat themes, and it has described its attitude as “better to disappear than to blend in.”
The public face is spokesperson Marla Singer, who goes by the nickname “the Voice of the Shadows.” The founders and headquarters location have not been disclosed. AI Slot has a separate Shady Lady provider page, with 18 games listed.
What the games have in common
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Max win | Mostly unified at 20,000x |
| RTP | Around 96% (96.05-96.51% for games listed on AI Slot) |
| Volatility | High to very high |
| Design approach | Mobile first, same experience on every device |
| Streamer features | Highlight Reel, Loot Box, in-game bonus buy |
Highlight Reel lets you buy the three best results out of several spins, and Loot Box is a box that holds random prizes by tier. The studio says it built both features with streamer broadcasts in mind. Many of its themes mix satire and dark humor, such as cults, Black Friday shopping, gyms, conspiracy theories, and television preachers.
Distribution and release timeline
Rather than contracting with casinos directly, Shady Lady releases its games through game distribution platforms. It first showed Devil’s Finger on the St8 platform in February 2025, then partnered with Hub88 in April of the same year and with Alea in August 2026. The spokesperson has said that choosing the right partners matters more than spreading widely.
Shady Lady is reportedly not yet licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, so its games can’t be played for real money on regulated UK sites.
